Authority: Discretionary Inclusion.
A. Transfers out of this appropriation may be made to fund unanticipated costs in the budgets of legislative agencies or other such costs approved by the Joint Rules Committee.
B. Included in this Item is $20,000 the first year and $20,000 the second year from the general fund to support the Commission on Access and Diversity in Higher Education in Virginia as continued by HJR 202 of the 2000 Acts of Assembly.
C. Included within this appropriation is $200,000 the first year and $200,000 the second year from the general fund and one position for the operation of the Capitol Guides program. The allocation of these funds shall be subject to the approval of the Committee on Joint Rules. The Capitol Guides program shall be jointly administered by the Clerk of the House of Delegates and the Clerk of the Senate.
