(This amendment increases the amount transferred from the Department of Transportation to the Department of General Services for motor fuels testing from $362,854 to $388,254 each year.)

§ 3-1.02 INTERAGENCY TRANSFERS

The Virginia Department of Transportation shall transfer, from motor fuel tax revenues, $362,854 the first year and $362,854 the second year to the Department of General Services for motor fuels testing.
