Explanation
(This amendment increases revenue $520,000 the first year and $520,000 the second year through a limitation of 80% of the cost price of purchases between July 1, 2002, and June 30, 2004, otherwise qualifying for exemption from the sales and use tax applicable to production, distribution, and other equipment used to provide Internet access services by providers of Internet service.
