Explanation
(This amendment decreases the transfer of $1,782,948 from the general fund the first year to the Conservation Resources Fund, to be used for the acquisition and development of state parks. A companion amendment in Part 3 directs the transfer of $1,782,948 from the general fund to the Conservation Resources fund which is a portion of the processed from the sale of surplus property.)
