A. Each establishment under the authority of the Regulation of Meat and Poultry Products Wholesomeness that is requesting overtime or holiday inspection shall pay that part of the actual cost of the inspection services.
B. Out of the amounts for Regulation of Meat and Poultry Products Wholesomeness, $10,000 the first year and $10,000 the second year from the general fund shall be appropriated for the inspection of ratites.
