Page 382, after line 23, insert:
"Out of the amounts for Financial Assistance for Cultural and Artistic Affairs, $37,500 the first year from the general fund is provided to the Eppington Foundation."

(This amendment provides funding to the Eppington Foundation for repair work at Eppington, a national and Virginia landmark once owned by Thomas Jefferson's brother-in-law, Francis Epps VI. This funding is to match a grant from Chesterfield County.)
