"A.  The Secretary of Technology, in cooperation with the Secretary of Finance, the staffs of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees, and the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission, shall examine the feasibility of centralizing appropriations for information technology and telecommunications projects in the Appropriation Act under the Office of the Chief Information Officer of the Commonwealth.  The review shall also analyze the Commonwealth's current ability to identify information technology and telecommunications projects in the budget and to quantify funding associated with those projects.  The Secretary of Technology shall submit a report on the results to the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees by November 30, 2002.  All agencies of the Commonwealth shall provide assistance upon request."
