Explanation
(This amendment provides funding for Virginia's sponsorship of a study of the Kerr Reservoir. This study to be performed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, will establish management criteria for Kerr Reservoir and the Roanoke River. This management plan will also be used in the re-licensing of Dominion Power's hydroelectric facilities.)
