Explanation
(This amendment adds funding to restore pharmacy reimbursement to previous levels. The introduced budget proposed to decrease the maximum reimbursement for pharmaceutical products to the Average Wholesale Price (AWP) minus 11 percent. These products were previously reimbursed at the AWP minus nine percent. Language is eliminated that would have implemented this change.)
