Explanation
(This amendment allows a caretaker relative to file an application for the Medicaid program on behalf of a child, regardless of having legal custody, guardianship, or written parental authorization. Currently, this arrangement is allowed when filing for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) benefits.)
