"B.  Out of this appropriation, $240,000 the first year from the general fund shall be provided to contract with the Virginia Center on Aging of Virginia Commonwealth University for the administration of a statewide survey of older Virginians.  The Virginia Center on Aging of Virginia Commonwealth University shall work in partnership with the Division of Geriatrics at the University of Virginia, the Center for Gerontology at Virginia Tech, and the Virginia Association of Area Agencies on Aging in designing and conducting the survey.  The Virginia Center on Aging will present a report of the survey findings and results to the Governor, Secretary of Health and Human Resources, the Department for the Aging, the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees, and the Chairman of the Joint Commission on Health Care by June 30, 2003."
