Explanation
(This amendment would remove phase out the current cap of 1,275 students per Governor's School for purposes of computing the state share of payments to these schools. The only school which would be immediately affected is the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Fairfax, with an enrollment of 1,635 students.)
