Explanation
(This amendment provides funding to expand the At-Risk Four-Year-Olds Program to serve eighty percent of at-risk four-year-old children unserved with federal funding, and twenty percent of at-risk four-year-old children previously served through federal Title I funding. Currently, the program serves sixty percent of at-risk four-year-old children unserved with federal funding.)
