"On or before June 30, 2003, and June 30, 2004, the Judicial Department shall revert to the general fund of the state treasury an amount estimated at $1,000,000 each year, representing efficiency savings generated by judicial agencies."

Explanation
(This amendment provides $9,733,411 each year from the general fund to offset the proposed reductions in the budget for the Judicial Department. Language is included directing that estimated balances of $1,000,000 each year achieved through efficiency savings be transferred to the general fund.)
