Explanation
(This amendment eliminates $1,000,000 each year in general funds for the Chesapeake Bay Local Assistance Department and requires the Secretary of Natural Resources to submit a plan to merge CBLAD with the Department of Conservation and Recreation, in an effort to avoid duplication, overlap and inefficiency in implementation of the Chesapeake Bay Act.)
