"Effective July 1, 2002, the standard vital records fee shall be $10.00 and the fee for the expedited record search shall be $42.00."

Explanation
(This amendment increases the fee for vital records searches. The fee for the standard search would increase from $8.00 to $10.00 and the fee for the expedited search would increase from $30.00 to $42.00.)
