Explanation
(This amendment provides an additional $10.0 million of bond authorization in both fiscal year 2003 and fiscal year 2004 for the acquisition of instructional equipment through the Higher Education Equipment Trust Fund. The budget as introduced provided $25.0 million in each year. A companion amendment to the Treasury Board provides the debt service for this increase.)
