"The Secretary of Technology shall prepare a report regarding the feasibility of selling all of the facilities and property holdings of the Innovative Technology Authority and its nonstock corporation.  The report shall identify the net gain to the Commonwealth of such a sale, the impact on current tenants of the Authority's facilities, and the future facility needs of the Authority.  The Department of Planning and Budget shall assist with the report and other agencies shall provide assistance as requested.  The Secretary of Technology shall report his findings to the Governor and the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees by October 1, 2002."

(This amendment requires the Secretary of Technology to determine the feasibility of selling the Innovative Technology Authority's facilities and property holdings.)
