Explanation
(This amendment increases federal Medicaid reimbursement to local community services boards for case management services for mentally disabled persons. A companion amendment in Item 332 transfers general fund dollars from the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services to match available federal Medicaid funds.)
