(This amendment eliminates the Additional Teachers program. This is one of a series of amendments that redirects funding from discretionary grant programs to the Standards of Quality to address funding deficiencies cited in the Tier 1 recommendations of the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission report, Review of Elementary and Secondary School Funding.)
