Explanation
(This amendment reduces funding for the Small School Division Assistance Program, providing $100,000 each year to the Highland School Division only. This is one of a series of amendments that redirects funding from discretionary grant programs to the Standards of Quality to address funding deficiencies cited in the Tier 1 recommendations of the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission report, Review of Elementary and Secondary School Funding.)
