Explanation
(This amendment eliminates the Standards of Learning Teacher Training Program as a stand alone program. Staff development funding provided through the rebenchmarking (or updating) of the Standards of Quality funding increased over the prior biennium from $306 per instructional position to $490 per instructional position.)
