(This amendment adds funds moved from Item C-18.20, the Culpeper Technical Center project, to the project to plan Phase II of the Fredericksburg Campus of Germanna Community College. The funds for the two projects had been combined in one item in Chapter 935, 1999 Acts of Assembly. A companion amendment is drawn to Item C-18.20 of the bill.)
