from the federal Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) grant for services to children participating in Healthy Families who may qualify for TANF.  Funding from the TANF grant shall not be used to supplant existing appropriations from the general fund for Healthy Families."


Explanation
(This amendment adds federal TANF funds for at-risk youth and families served through the Healthy Families program. Language prohibits the supplanting of general fund appropriations with TANF funds.)
