Explanation
(This amendment provides funding to the Smith Mountain Lake Policy Advisory Board to purchase a pump-out vessel for the lake. This funding would be matched by federal funds through the Department of Health to cover 75 percent of the cost of the vessel, and local funding which would match the state appropriation. The total cost of the vessel is $33,000.)
