"C.  Included in the amount for General Management and Direction is $128,000 the first year and $128,000 the second year from the general fund for the Department of Taxation to publicize the availability of the day care facility investment fund and to encourage employers to establish worksite day care programs.  In addition, the cap of $100,000 in credits in any one year is suspended for the period from July 1, 2000, to January 1, 2001, in order for the Department of Taxation to gather data not only on the number of employers expressing interest in the tax credit, but also on those actually establishing day care programs which will qualify for the credit.  This information shall be available for the 2001 General Assembly, with recommendations as may be necessary for budget revision."
