"Any unexpended balances remaining in the Department on June 30, 2001, directly related to the study authorized by Chapter 8 of the Acts of Assembly of 1999 and obligated by contract shall be reappropriated."

Explanation
(This amendment provides authority to carry forward unexpended general fund dollars obligated by contract for the study to determine which watersheds in southeastern Virginia flow into the Chesapeake Bay watershed and which flow to the Chowan River watershed.)
