(This amendment provides additional nongeneral funds and six positions in the Department of Social Services to respond to requests from local school boards for any record of founded complaints of child abuse or neglect in the Child Protective Services (CPS) Registry on their employees, pursuant to House Bill 865. The source of the nongeneral funds are the fees collected by the Department for each CPS Registry inquiry by non-exempt organizations.)
