Authority: Discretionary Inclusion.
A. Transfers out of this appropriation may be made to fund unanticipated costs in the budgets of legislative agencies or other such costs approved by the Joint Rules Committee.
B. The Joint Committee on Rules may allocate an amount up to $500,000 to address the fiscal impact on legislative agencies of measures enacted by the 1998 General Assembly. The Committee is further authorized to transfer any portion of such sum from the second year to the first year for such purposes.
