Explanation
(This amendment provides funding for the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services to implement a standardized prevention data collection system in each Community Services Board. This system would also be used within the Department for identifying, collecting, and analyzing data on prevention activities. The purpose of the information would be to enable the Department and local Community Services Boards to identify and fund prevention activities proven to be effective.)
