A. The fee charged by the Secretary of the Commonwealth under the provisions of § 2.2-409, Code of Virginia, for a Service of Process shall be $28.00.
B. Included in the general fund appropriation for this item is $18,470 each year for costs related to the Virginia Indian Advisory Board, pursuant to § 2.2-401.01, Code of Virginia.
