A. Out of this appropriation shall be paid the annual salary of the Executive Director, $159,761 from July 1, 2026 to July 24, 2026, $165,353 from July 25, 2026 to June 9, 2027 and $171,140 from June 10, 2027 to June 30, 2028.
B. Notwithstanding the salaries listed in paragraph A. of this item, the Commission on the Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program may establish a salary range for the Executive Director of the program.
