The appropriation in this Item shall be used to pay the Commonwealth's share of the costs to construct, renovate, or expand a local correctional facility. After reviewing requests for reimbursement, the Department of Corrections shall reimburse the Commonwealth's share of costs approved by the Board of Corrections for the following facilities, not to exceed the amount shown:
