A. It is the intent of the General Assembly to continue to provide electronic resources for public libraries and to provide universal access to all citizens of the Commonwealth. First priority shall be the ability to access the Internet in local public libraries.
B. Any balances remaining from the general fund appropriation in Item 226 B. of Chapter 725, 2025 Acts of Assembly for the Print Collections Inventory Control Project that are unspent at the end of the fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund, but shall be carried forward and reappropriated for the same purpose.
