A. Out of this appropriation, $392,107 the first year and $392,107 the second year from the general fund is designated for support of research and extension activities aimed at the production of hybrid striped bass in Virginia farm ponds. No expenditures will be made from these funds for other purposes without the prior written permission of the Secretary of Education.
B. Out of this appropriation, $394,000 the first year and $394,000 the second year from the general fund is designated for the Small-Farmer Outreach Training and Technical Assistance Program to provide outreach and business management education to small farmers.
C. All appropriation not otherwise obligated in this Item may be used for any Extension related activities or operational expenses.
