A. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the State Corporation Commission (SCC) may allocate its nongeneral fund balances to fund its capital project as initiated in Item C-79, Chapter 552, 2021 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I. The fund balance allocations and scope of the capital project shall be made as determined by the SCC.
