A. The scope and title of the Department of State Police project to Construct Area 5 Office in Fredericksburg (156-18658), as previously authorized in Item C-76 of Chapter 2 of the 2022 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I, is hereby changed to Acquire, Renovate, or Construct Area 5 Office. Additionally, the Department of State Police shall, using existing project funding, study the agency's office needs and determine the most cost-effective method to achieve the project's goal. The methods to study include construction, acquisition, renovation, lease, and lease-to-own.

B. The scope and title of the Department of State Police project to Construct Area 11 Office in Manassas (156-18659), as previously authorized in Item C-76 of Chapter 2 of the 2022 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I, is hereby changed to Acquire, Renovate, or Construct Area 11 Office. Additionally, the Department of State Police shall, using existing project funding, study the agency's office needs and determine the most cost-effective method to achieve the project's goal. The methods to study include construction, acquisition, renovation, lease, and lease-to-own.
