A. The Department of General Services is authorized to enter into long-term leases requiring capital approval pursuant to the guidelines authorized in § 4-3.03 a. of this Act as follows:

1. On behalf of the Department of Motor Vehicles, to address lease space needs for a customer service center to replace or renew the lease for the existing facility in Arlington County, Fairfax County, Fauquier County, Shenandoah County, Warren County, and the City of Petersburg.

2. On behalf of the Department of Motor Vehicles, to address customer service needs in the City of Chesapeake by leasing space for an additional customer service center.

3. On behalf of the Department of Corrections, to address space needs for probation and parole offices in Alexandria, Arlington, Bristol, Charlottesville, Chesapeake, Chesterfield, Danville, Farmville, the City of Franklin, Fredericksburg, Gloucester, Henrico, Leesburg, Lynchburg, Newport News, Petersburg, Prince George/Hopewell, Roanoke, South Boston, Staunton, Tazewell, and Winchester.

4. On behalf of the Department of Health, to address lease space needs for local health departments, WIC offices, and other agency functions in Alexandria, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Hampton, Louisa, Newport News, Norfolk, Petersburg, the Rockbridge-Buena Vista-Lexington area, Virginia Beach, and Waynesboro.
