A. The scope and title of the Department of State Police project to Acquire, Renovate or Construct Area 13 Barracks (156-18393), as previously authorized in Item C-45 of Chapter 2 of the 2018 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I, and amended in Item C-72.70 of Chapter 552 of the 2021 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I, is hereby changed to Acquire, Renovate or Construct Area 13 Office. Additionally, the Department of State Police shall, using existing project funding, study the agency's office needs and determine the most cost-effective method to achieve the project's goal. The methods to study include construction, acquisition, renovation, lease, and lease-to-own.
