A. Out of this appropriation, $6,000,000 the second year from the general fund is provided for the Commonwealth to remove existing buildings from parcel 27-A-10-A in Clarke County, which shall then be conveyed to the county at fair market value.
B. Notwithstanding the provisions of § 2.2-1156 or any other provision of law, the proceeds from the conveyance of this property shall be deposited in the general fund of the state treasury.
