Out of the amounts in this Item, $125,000 the first year and $125,000 the second year from the general fund shall be deposited to the Beehive Grant Fund for the payment of grants in accordance with § 3.2-4415 et seq., Code of Virginia. The department may disburse from the Fund its reasonable costs and expenses incurred in the administration and management of the Fund up to $25,000 in each year.
