A. In addition to amounts previously authorized for this project, the Virginia Public Building Authority, pursuant to § 2.2-2263, Code of Virginia, is authorized to issue bonds to finance projects listed in this Item. The aggregate principal amount shall not exceed $7,700,000 plus amounts to fund related issuance costs, and other financing costs, in accordance with § 2.2-2263, Code of Virginia.

B. There is hereby appropriated $7,700,000 the first year from bond proceeds for supplements for previously approved projects in Item C-38.10, Chapter 3, 2012 Special Session I Acts of Assembly and Item C-43, Chapter 3, 2014 Special Session I Acts of Assembly, to expand the Virginia War Memorial and to renovate the Claude Moore Building.
