Pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 779 and 817, 2012 Session of the General Assembly, $15,800,000 in the first year and $15,800,000 in the second year shall be transferred to the Commonwealth Space Flight Fund as set forth in § 33.1-23.03:2 to support the maintenance and operations of the Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority. Included in this amount, $800,000 the first year and $800,000 the second year is directed to support shoreline protection activities at Wallops Island.
