A. The Office of Pesticide Services will provide a plan for administering the Pesticide Control Act Fund to the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services by October 15, 2013. Annually, the Office of Pesticide Services will publish a report on the activities, educational programs, research, and grants administered through the Pesticide Control Act Fund to the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services by October 15 of each year.
