A. Effective July 1, 2004, the standard vital records fee shall be $12.00 and the fee for the expedited record search shall be $42.00.
B. Notwithstanding § 32.1-273.1. Code of Virginia, two dollars of each fee collected by the State Registrar shall be deposited by the Comptroller to the Virginia Vital Statistics Automation Fund and two dollars of each fee collected shall be used to fund health care services.
