A. Effective July 1, 2002, the standard vital records fee shall be $10.00 and the fee for the expedited record search shall be $42.00.
B. Notwithstanding § 32.1-273.1. Code of Virginia, two dollars of each fee collected by the State Registrar shall be deposited by the Comptroller to the Virginia Vital Statistics Automation Fund.
