A. Out of the amounts for Energy Conservation Advisory Services shall be provided $38,362 the first year and $38,362 the second year from the general fund for dues and expenses for the Southern States Energy Board.
B. Out of the amounts for Energy Conservation Advisory Services shall be provided up to $1,877,758 the first year from the general fund for solar photovoltaic manufacturing incentive grants in accordance with § 45.1-392, Code of Virginia.
