A. Out of this appropriation, $585,381 the first year and $535,381 the second year from the general fund shall be provided for placement and restoration services for juveniles found to be incompetent to stand trial pursuant to Title 16.1, Chapter 11, Article 18, Code of Virginia.


B. The Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services shall ensure appropriate and medically necessary access to new atypical, antipsychotic medications funded in this item.


C. Out of this appropriation, the expenditure of $2,666,667 the first year and $4,000,000 the second year from the general fund for 160 new Mental Retardation Home and Community-based Waiver slots is contingent upon the passage into law of the provisions contained in Enactment Nos. 2, 3 and 5 of Part 5 of introduced House Bill 30/Senate Bill 30 of the 2004 Session.


D. Out of this appropriation, the expenditure of $3,593,333 the first year and $5,390,000 the second year from the general fund for 77 individualized mental health discharge assistance plans is contingent upon the passage into law of the provisions contained in Enactment Nos. 2, 3 and 5 of Part 5 of introduced House Bill 30/Senate Bill 30 of the 2004 Session.


E. Out of this appropriation, the expenditure of $1,000,000 the first year and $1,000,000 the second year from the general fund for increased mental health inpatient treatment purchased in community hospitals is contingent upon the passage into law of the provisions contained in Enactment Nos. 2, 3 and 5 of Part 5 of introduced House Bill 30/Senate Bill 30 of the 2004 Session.
