A. Out of the amounts for Workers' Compensation Services shall be paid the annual salary of the Chairman, $128,436 from July 1, 2004, to November 24, 2004; $134,986 from November 25, 2004, to November 24, 2005, and $134,986 from November 25, 2005, to June 30, 2006 and for each of the other two Commissioners of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, $125,796 from July 1, 2004, to November 24, 2004; and $132,212 from November 25, 2004, to November 24, 2005; and $132,212 from November 25, 2005, to June 30, 2006.
B. In addition, retired Commissioners recalled to active duty will be paid as authorized by § 17.1-327, Code of Virginia.
