Authority: Title 23, Chapter 18, Code of Virginia.


A. This appropriation from the general fund shall be in addition to any appropriation from nongeneral funds, notwithstanding any contrary provisions in this act.


B. Out of this appropriation, an additional $50,000 and two positions the first year and $50,000 and two positions the second year from the general fund shall be provided to support the Danville Science Center in Danville, Virginia.


C. Out of this appropriation, $50,000 and one position the first year and $50,000 and one position the second year from the general fund shall be provided to support the Belmont Bay Life Science Center in Prince William County.
